If you go to harponline http://www.harponline.de/shop and under "Blues
Harps" choose Hohner, the third item will be the SP 20 Classic with a button
for "Reeds/Valves". (I'm just using the SP20 as an example here, there are
other harps they sell reeds for.) Click on that button and you will see a
layout of reeds and you can select the key of harp to see which reeds will
go with which harp. For instance, the layout for the A harp shows the 2-draw
as E1, and the layout for the E harp shows the 1-blow as E-1. Thus, they are
interchangeable. You might also find Suzuki's notation charts helpful,
though they don't number the notes/reeds.

But it's not hard to figure out. Going back to my example, the 5-draw on the
D harp is the fourth note in the D major scale. D-E-F#-G. So I need a G reed
equivalent in pitch to the 5-draw on a D harp. Turns out that's the 7-blow
on a G harp.
