...I'll say!  I belong to a Freecycle group also hosted on  Yahoo...and just 
spent the better part of today erasing close to 600  duplicate 
messages....same explanation by Yahoo to the moderators of  the Freecycle group, who were 
trying to 'speed up' their message  delivery system.
