[Harp-L] Delay and reverb pedals

I know this has probably been covered before, but any recommendations on  relatively inexpensive reverb and delay pedals?  

Also - have been intrigued by Adam Gussow's amp splitting from a delay pedal from his youtube lesson #1 where he uses a small tube amp and a small solid state amp (Mouse) together to get his sound.  Any comments on that setup?
