[Harp-L] Harp Players in the NW

The last months have not been stellar for Harp players in the great Northwest USA.
First Curtis Salgado is diagnosed with liver cancer (he's recovering from a transplant) then we lose "Bubba" Paul deLay yesterday.
His death was front page news here in Bluestown West aka Portland, Oregon We miss him already.

Then in today's news, John Popper gets popped outside of Spokane, WA as a passenger in a Black Mercedes SUV (his car)
going 111 miles per hour. Popper was not driving. A search of the car revealed pot, 4 rifles, 9 handguns, a switchblade, Taser and night vision goggles. Popper told the police he collected guns. Poppers vehicle also had flashing emergency headlights and a siren.

"Popper indicated to troopers that he had installed these items in his vehicle because
(in the event of a natural disaster) he did not want to be left behind." the State Patrol said.

Popper and the driver were released on their own recognizance. The vehicle was seized.
