Yes, they indeed have that machine....
A few months ago I was there and we did some tests on how to produce 
overblows/overdraws with that machine. I ended up teaching the people there 
how to play overblows.. one of them ran to another room, came back with his 
acoustic guitar and there we were, jammin' and rockin' the place!!
But...at the end we could get some overblows out of the machine!!

There is also the Institut für Musikinstrumentenbau in Zwota, Saxony. They
have a bending machine. Never saw it, though, unfortunately.
