I HAVE ONE AND LOVE IT! That being said it is smaller, looks cool,
volume control placed well for cupped use and here is the quick one my
opinion. It is very clean but has a nice solid tone not as bright as
SM58 more like a SM57. Good bottom end and is feedback resistant when
cupped. I have had great results in the following scenerios
Impedence transformer made by altec lansing used when needed.
In stand straight to PA and Blues JR.
To digitech rp250 to art mp preamp to pa and Blues JR
To art mp preamp to pa and Blues JR
Cupped straight to PA and Blues JR.
To digitech rp250 to art mp preamp to pa and Blues JR
To art mp preamp to pa and Blues JR
I have grown to- prefer it over my bullit mics since it does not color
the harp tone like the bullits do. I also know that Garry Hodgson has
been using his everytime I see him around town.
