Hi

That one's called "Over the Waves" aka in Spanish "Sobre las Olas", composed 
by Juvenita Rosas (Mexico) circ 1889. As you've discovered, it's an 
extremely powerful and emotionally charged piece.
Great fiddlers who don't shy away big emots and wring every last drop from 
this one include Kenny Baker and Clark Kessinger, but there are many more 
who go way "over the top"
The potential for creative harmonization at this slow tempo is a very 
attractive feature of this tune - and when it's done well, it's a great 
experience for the listener. I've got sheet music, but no tab. Best of luck 
with it.
