[Harp-L] offlist in subject header

Just a reminder, if you receive a response from someone and the subject
has offlist appended then that's what it means.  Offlist.  For whatever
reason the sender has decided their post is not fodder for the list.  The
only way an   offlist post gets on the list is by someone readdressing it.
 In other words it doesn't happen accidentally it takes additional action
on the part of the respondent to get it to the list.  Thank you, fjm
