[Harp-L] Re: Sonny Jr amps

I don't list my pricing, because I like to talk personally to each
individual, this is how I have done business over the past 13 years, listening to
literally thousands of harp players worldwide. My price will always be higher
than all the other single owned amp builders, due to everything I develope is
outsourced, I am not an engineer, I do have great ears and know what it is
supposed to sound like, and what harp players want in an amp. If guys call me for
a price and hang up, they don't understand everything that comes with one of
my amps. Some things you can't even put a price on. My new amp is extremely
reasonable for what goes into it. Everything from the custom lacquered finish
to paper in oil capacitors, is custom made to my specs. Anyone intested,
email me personally. I have quite a few amps in Florida, maybe the other
southerners that own my amps, like Miss., Alabama, every state actually, may come to
Florida, or I might need to make it a bit north, more central to bring in
both from the south and the north. Nashville is what I was thinking. I will only
be able to do 2 - 3 seminars a year, maybe can increase, depends on health,
amp sales, and other ventures I am possibly getting involved in. I CAN
guarantee, this is my last amp I will produce. You can put that in writing, I will
still carry the 410, that is my baby, I think once enough people get this new
amp in their hands it will take off.
Just a note, I played at a friend's party and there was a great Chromatic
player from Spah, who lives in New York, his name was Charlie, can't remember
last name, he is in his 70's, he made me work hard on the diatonic:)) I do plan
on being at Spah next year, I am just taking steps right now.
