According to the book the chords of the intro are D, A, G, D, A, G; so you
need a D harmonica and the first note is a blown F# (6th hole) which I think
is also the first sung note

There might be something like a harmonica line in the intro but with the
original soundtrack and the sheet music it shouldn't be difficult to figure
it out
