It's actually even a wee bit copyright related...but another 2007 milestone  
in the passing of this man Hy Zaret, personal to me as it's one of my 
favourite  songs even before the Righteous Brothers version (the song was recorded 
over 300  times)...and at the top of my chromatic harmonica repertoire:
