[Harp-L] RE: Red Archibald RIP

I met Red a couple of times back in the mid-90?s
and what a gentleman.  

We both played the Siskiyou Blues Festival the
first time I met him.

And as has been said, man he just loved to play.
I too am disappointed to 

hear of  his passing, and I thought about him only
weeks ago, enough so 

that I visited his old web site, HYPERLINK

om, only to see it had not 

been updated for some time.  Thanks Michael for
posting the link to Chronicle 

article, and to you Winslow for thoughtful post.
I was also surprised to learn 

we shared the same birth date, (though I was born
two years before him).  

Indeed, Red Archibald, rest in peace.
