With all due respect, second position on a B harp gives you F#, not E. 
Second position on an A harp gives you E.

Just remember the circle of fifths, count to the fifth of the harp ypur on 
and that gives you the key in second position, count to the fifthe from 
there and it gets you thrid position key, just follow the logic from there.
