I'd suggest Bill Barrett and Scot Ray but you guys seem to be talking about blues only. Another non-blues guitar-harmonica duo is Jacques Stotzem and Thierry Crommen. 

In the blues-ish world over here we have JJ Milteau and Manu Galvin.

  Since dual instrumentalists Jimi Lee and Madcat qualify then here's some from way way back.

  JD Short using Resonator and rack.( He's Big Joe Williams' cousin) I stumbled on this guy when browsing Tower Record's going out of business sale.  A priceless CD with questions and answers between songs, priceless!

  Daddy Stovepipe in 1924, first harp ever recorded and played guitar, of course.

  Well, there's Thunderharp Steve and my 10 year old son, Gashouse Gabriel.
