I have a Dynacord DA-16 here (1961-1962). It´s very similar to the 
DA-15 and i can recommend it, too. Inputs are mic, guitar, tape and 
accordeon, it also as a tube driven vibrato effect, that isn´t very 
useful for harp though. Tube setup is 3X ECC83 (12AX7), 2X EL84, 1X 
ECF80 (vibrato and phase inverter), EZ81 tube rectifier).
It´s all hand wired and can be  modified easily.
