There´s not the one harmonica sound. You should listen to other 
players and try to figure what you want, then try to figure how to 
get it. However Fender blues Jr. and JT-30 ist a pretty good base to 
start from.
The original crystal element of the JT-30 usually sounds much better 
with high input impedance at your amp. (hell, i have no idea how all 
these technical stuff is called in english and i´m far to drunken to 
find out) You might want to change the input resistor to at least 3 
MOhms. Somebody else might be able to explain better what i´m talking 
about...
