so, along the lines of chris' "ultimate amp" question: what would you have
liked to see in the press announcement. or more specifically, what would
you have read to make you think, "yes! somebody finally gets it!", as far
as improving the harmonica?
A valve system that can be easily installed and taken off without
doing each individual reed.
As an accessory a brace system that holds the harp that you can place
on an SM 58/57 type mic and can be adjusted to be as close or as far back
from the mic as you want, within reason of course.
A 16 hole diatonic that has the lower octave on it that you have to
buy a low pitched harp for now all on the same harp, and from the 7th to the
16th hole is tuned like a regular harp.

a few random thoughts to get started:

- smooth, rounded shape that fits the hand without harsh corners.

- airtight, with covers that pop off for easy maintenance.

- open back for better projection.

...

you might consider expanding you comments to span an entire product line:

- all diatonic models available in several tunings, or several intonations

- different levels of attention to detail (gapping, arcing, etc) for
different price points
