[Harp-L] Late Giglist Info

To All:

I have added more info to the giglist header segment, as I have been
receiving more and more updates that require more and more research
on my part. I simply do not have the time to do follow-up work of this 
type.
In a few cases, I have made "assumptions" (always a bad idea!) that were
not always correct, though some were, but they often result in errors that
require later corrections, and more work on my part.

Not meaning to come down hard on anyone, and I apologize for seemingly
doing so, but it is necessary to let all know that I have limited time 
for this
project, and no time for research.
