Paul Geremia comes to mind.

And so does a national treasure who happens to live in Iowa City, Iowa,
Dave Moore.  Dave is a remarkable musician, songwriter, harp player,
and Conjunto accordionist.  He uses racked harp & guitar duets,  
doubling melodic lines
and stacking harmonies on the melody, as well as the occasional  
racked harp and button accordion duet.
Dave is one of the most soulful, no bullshit & real deal guys in the  
biz.
