I have a recording to add to your list of harmonica-piano duos, and a  
possible other collaboration.
 
The album, "Profile," by John Sebastian Sr., is performed with Glen  Clugston 
on piano.
 
Is the accordion as accompamiment allowed in this discussion?
 
Cham-Ber Huang made two superb albums with Mogens Ellegard on accordion:  
"Two Virtuosi," and 
"A Breathtaking Harmonica Performance."
