[Harp-L] Reed knockout/replacement tool

Does anyone know where a person could buy a reed knockout-replacement tool?
The reed replacement tool from Bill Romel, for which someone sent a link, is a quite decent
usable tool at an affordable price. On Rupert Oysler's Harp Repair CD / DVD, he is shown
using the now defunct tap and die tool from Farrell's. But Rupert is now a Seydel rep. and
will give u an honest opinion as to the best tool for the job. He steered me to Bill Romel's
tool years ago.
I own the Rommel tool and one tip i could offer is to elevate the tool to eye level, so u can
better see what you're doing (good light too, with magnifying glass). I like the idea of the
Seydel pliers tool, thinking that it may not deform the reed like can happen otherwise. But I
don't know if it is available without buying the whole kit, which u may or may not need (depending
on the tools your father-in-law already owns).
Rupert is on the list and can also be found at www.harprepair.com .
I have some very useful tools for harp repair that i've learned about on this list and thru
Rupert's CD/DVD. If you need gift ideas, you are in luck.
