Use a metronome. (do octaves, simply breathing out for 4 beats and in for 4 
beats)...... At 4 tongue taps per beat (16th notes at 4/4 time) find the 
speed that you can do consistently with little trouble for a couple of 
minutes. Then increase the speed. When that becomes easy. Increase the 
speed, When that becomes easy...............................you
