I certainly never offered advice to close one's ears or ignore 
intonation. That's an issue I work hard to optimize with my 
instruments, and I would hope it's clear that I consider it to be 
extremely important. I was merely commenting on the obvious audience 
enjoyment, and expressing my personal viewpoint of enjoying the beauty 
and moving on.
