Sure, I have a low F-sharp Big River that I got from 
coast2coastmusic.com and it's not bad at all. They also claim the 
following harps come in low F-sharp: Marine Band, Special 20, Cross 
Harp, two Huangs, and a few Seydels (and I may have missed some.) You 
probably should call to first to see what they have in stock.
