Hi,
I can point you to a penny whistle site that has about
40 Irish songs with with audio and the scores. I
wouldn't be able to transpose it to harp, but maybe
you can.
Somewhere I read that the theme song for the movie
Titanic was done on a Low G Penny Whistle.
