That's what he (Larry) said, in the second paragraph, quoted below.
"Mashing down the two hole inhale bend to the floor will give you a tone
approximately 20 cents flat of the true pitch. To play well in 12th position
w/tonic note, learn to play that note at pitch. The same goes for all the
notes
created w/bending techniques. If you push them to the "floor", the tone will
be
below the true pitch of that specific note."
