Hey Daniel,
The way to get louder is to practice your scales and arpeggios for
about an hour a day. As you learn to focus the sound so it projects
to the back of the hall and learn to get on top of your sound by
getting immediate response, then you play louder and faster. As you
do this the sound will again become diffuse, but soon you will learn
to focus the new volume. As you do, go louder and faster and again
it will be diffuse. Keep going up the ladder and in about 10 years
time you will have great sound and power on the chromatic.
Harmonically yours,
Robert Bonfiglio
