it looks awful nice.  i'm not convinced i'd use the 360 degree recording much,
but it might be fun to play with.  i still much prefer to use quality external mics;
it's hard to imagine the internal ones are great, given the price point.  plus i gain
isolation and flexibility.  the adjustable mic gain for external mics should make
this easy to do.

the 4 hour battery life is marginal for recording live concerts (i don't want to have 
to think about stuff like that at a show).    the display looks tiny and cluttered. 
but i gather that's true of the H4, and people don't seem to object to it.

i always figured that when my MD finally dies i'd replace it with
something like the H4.  but this is more evidence that by the time that 
happens i'll have some really nice options to choose from.
