Good one, Iceman.  G.Love is a rap/blues artist with great harp skills. 
Outkast had a song several years ago called "Rosa Parks" that features 
harmonica.  They were well known for incorporating eclectic instruments into 
their rap songs.  Also, I would submit "Subterranean Homesick Blues" as a 
prototypical rap song ('64) with harmonica.

My sister's boyfriend is a rapper and has often asked me to record some 
licks in his studio so he can use them in a future song.  I haven't gotten 
around to doing that yet, but maybe something cool will come out of it.  He 
is a very talented rapper and producer.
