RE: [Harp-L] Suzuki Harps and Reed Material & Bushman
I remember I promised to Roger I would report on the findings of my
comparison
- Suzuki Harmaster MR200
- Suzuki Bluesmaster MR250
- Bushman Delta Frost
(all in the key of A).
Please give me 3-4 more days since they arrived only recently. My first
impression was:
The MR200 and the DF sound much more alike in terms of their gnarli- and
grittiness. Despite the reed material being different. The MR250 is a little
smoother. Also the MR200 and DF are louder, possibly due to the almost
identical lid.
Regards,
Tom
