With respect to the Stevie version of High Heel Sneakers, I don't think it was ever on an LP. In the "Complete Stevie Wonder" collection (from iTunes) it's listed in the "Additional Singles and Rarities" and a slightly shorter version of the same cut under the "Mono Singles" category. Not sure how many other 12 bar blues tunes featuring harmonica there are out of the 579 tracks, but if I happen to bump into them I'll be happy to let you know ;-).
