Hi Brad

To me it sounds like the mic was in very close proximity to the harp as in a 
hand hold.
There's very little of the coloration that a guitar amplifier forces on the 
sound, so my guess is that the mic went into a regular mic preamp / channel 
strip of the recording console with a certain amount of compression. It's a 
very intimate sound and just wonderful playing by Dylan.
