[Harp-L] re: new inspiration

Right now for inspiration I'm listening to Cat Powers: Moon Pix, the  
Flaming Lips: Clouds Taste Metallic, a Putumayo compilation called  
Saraha Lounge, the Beatles: Rubber Soul, and an excellent old Tito  
Puente and his Orchestra Dance Mania Volume One. There is no harp in  
any of these.

From Cat Powers: I'm working on keeping things sparse and melodic.  
Metal Heart is crying out for harp.
Sahara Lounge: same thing, but trying to get some of that chill out vibe...
Flaming Lips--how weird and noisy can I play?
The Beatles: oh man it's not fair having talent like that.Charlie  
McCoy does a couple of these tunes on Chet Atkins picks on the Beatles.
Tito: If I could get a small fraction of that rhythm and soul...
