My two cents is: Play what the audience wants, slip in something that you love to play. But be assured: the crowd wants Mustang Sally. Never understood why this catchy song by Sir Mack Rice is so hated among the blues and harp players. And loved by all audiences. It's a crowd pleaser and actually a very well composed piece of music. Not necessarily ideal for harp. Tolerate Sally and do dozens of other things with the harp and the audience will still be pleased.
