I went by a local blues venue yesterday to pickup a
ticket for the evening show "Bob Margolin backed by
the Delta Sonics"
(great show BTW) Bob and Al Chesis were there setting
up.
Al thanked me for coming , said he had seen me at
SPAH and really liked my playing. I'm thinking "well
thats really charitable", I've only been playing since
Jan. of this year and thought my playing at the blues
jams was pretty bad. Also I didn't remember Al being
present at the jams.
That evening Al came over and was talking to me at
the break. It turns out he was mistaking me for
Michael Peloquin. Hah!
I am still flattered
Victor
