They're not on youtube yet, but it's probably only a matter of time. 
Both LW appearances on video are from the American Folk Blues 
Festival, which was televised in Europe. On one song he accompanies 
Hound Dog Taylor; on another Koko Taylor.  Both songs are included on 
the DVD "American Folk Blues Festival 1962-1969 volume 3." See:

Unfortunately Walter does none of his own songs on these DVDs, and 
his playing is strictly accompaniment -- played into a vocal mic with 
no amp nor effects.

LW also appeared on the British TV show 'Ready, Steady, Go" in Sept 
of 1964 lip-synching "My Babe," but no copies have yet turned up.  He 
also is said to have performed on "Beat Room" on Oct 26 '64 (another 
UK TV show) but again, no footage has turned up yet.  Perhaps one day 
it will...
