[Harp-L] update -- Danny Wilson -- update

Just got off the phone with Danny Wilson's wife, Lorraine.  Here's 
the latest on his condition.

Firstly, he's doing fine.  Still in the hospital in Michigan and will 
be for perhaps another week.  His initial surgery went well, but it 
was determined at that time that he would need another follow-up 
surgery a week later, hence his extended stay.  The second surgery 
was also successful and as of this moment he is resting comfortably 
and generally recuperating well.  Yes, there were a few serious 
moments during the initial surgery, but it's hard to stop the heart 
of a genuine bassman -- especially when that heart is as generous and 
kind as Danny's.

Danny wants to assure everyone that he'll be catching up on the 
giglist when he is able, and he and Lorraine thank everyone for their 
kind words and for keeping him in their thoughts and prayers.  He 
also plans to resume playing the bassharp within a month or two.

More to follow if/when I hear any more news...
