I ordered mine through CDBaby.com, which managed to get the CD to me
within about a week and only cost about £12, thanks to the current
exchange rates.  It's barely been out of the hi-fi in the few weeks
since then!  Unfortunately I think CDBaby is out of stock ATM, but
hopefully that isn't a long-term problem.
