i don't know no "plastic jesus" but,

there is a beautiful  song,  "Wooden Jesus" by temple of the dog  (a one 
album supergroup a la blind faith,  featuring members of pearl jam and 
soundgarden) from their only, fabulous, and self titled album , which ranks 
in my all time top ten or so rock albums.
