RE: [Harp-L] RE: Sheet music to popular/easy melodies
www.8notes.com has a number of free songs in sheet music format--looking
under the free piano music is usually the best way to go.
You can get free/cheap midi conversion software at www.harpingmidi.com (i've
heard great things about this software, but haven't yet tried it myself).
You can also get the first page free of many songs at www.musicnotes.com
(but you have to pay $3-5 for the whole song.
good luck,

One option is to find a MIDI file and load it into a notation program.
Finale Notepad has a $25 option that can read MIDI files and turn into
standard sheet music. I found the following resource:
http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/song-midis/songs-midis.html
that probably has a lot of what you're after (had Camptown Races
<http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/song-midis/Camptown_Races.htm> at least).
Hope this helps,
Jim
