I've seen Jimi Lee's <http://www.jimileeband.com> Hetrick case.  It is very
nice and customizable.  Check out the link (www.harpcase.com).  The builder
even does a nice laser job on the name plate on top.  One thing is for sure,
Jimi Lee's <http://www.jimileeband.com> case is now organized enough that he
hardly ever fumbles over the next harmonica he wants.  In his old case, the
harmonicas would get moved around a bit, but this new case suits his needs
very well.
