Thanks for all the replies!  I had almost 10 offlist responses, and  
most of them thought I should pass, although a few thought I should  
give it a try before passing.  Most, if not all, of the onlist  
replies thought I should go for it.   I think that's probably what  
I'll do.  Be upfront with the guy about my concerns, and if things  
don't work out after a few sessions, I'll just move on and try  
something else.
