Nope.  News to me -- or not -- depending on how well based in research the
claim made is.  I would expect that a harmonica player shares an equal risk
of inflamation through contamination, from playing an instrument that is not
sterile each time they touch it, or exposure to airborn bacteria or virus,
since they take in air more frequently than normal while they are playing.
