Hi guys,
Regarding harmonica in ska here's a link to Bad Manners, a British
Two-Tone / Ska band who did many covers of original Jamaican Ska
tunes. In this link they are covering Millie Smalls "My Boy Lollipop",
well she was the vocalist but it was actually Ernest Rankin's
creation, he played guitar. The song was one of the biggest hits to
come out of Jamaica and I'm sure many of us have heard of it.
If you take the time to visit the youtube link you'll see Alan playing
a harmonica, what kind is it? He starts his solo at about 56 seconds
into the clip.
