But if you want two octaves in cross-harp, why not just use the Melody
Maker tuning - raise 3 blow to A, 5 draw to F#, 9 draw to F#. Or the
'Hohner 10 Hole Chrometta' is pretty close to what you're after (OK, it
is a chromatic so can't do diatonic bends). Or just a solo diatonic like
