  Attila,
I've been using a Line 6 Pod 2.0 amp modeller and I really like it. Its small, easy to use and can generates some really nice harp sounds. Everytime I take it somewhere and play it, someone comes up and comments on how good it sounds. Now, as you said, it won't give you a true tube sound. But it does make some good sounds and its small and lightweight compared to an amp, and it never breaks or has tubes go bad! One thing I like about it compared to other multi-effects units is that it has knobs to control everything (in addition to programmable saved settings). I like to be able to reach down and turn the gain knob or a tone knob in the middle of a song without having to press buttons and step through menus. You can buy one used on eBay for about $100. I've bought 2 of them now. My son plays electric guitar and once he tried my Pod I never got it back - had to go buy a 2nd one. By the way, he plays in a band and uses the Pod instead of an amp ... just Pod straight into
 the PA. Easy!
  Jim
