Re: [Harp-L] Re: If the song is in B minor can I play an E harp in 2ndposition?

FYI- If they're out of stock in the Oskars and you go for a Hohner, it would be labeled E nat. minor for the same tuning....

Gee thanks Winslow.
I was going to go out and get a E minor Lee Oskar harp so that I could
jam along to songs in B minor in second position.

You're saying that I could play a B natural minor LO harp in second
position and and it would be intune for a B monir song ... awesome,
thanks for that.

The Lee Oskar in B NATURAL minor (not harmonic minor) would let you
play in second position in B minor. It would be like playing on an E
harp, except that all the notes that need to be minor instead of major
have been tuned to minor.

You would choose a B natural minor harp (and not an E minor) to play B
minor in second position because Lee labels his natural minor harps in
second position.
