Which is the best bang for the buck, the Lee Oskar kit
or the Hering?
I want to adjust reeds, tune flat harps, and the
basics.
Any opinions welcomed. They are very similar in
price, but I am concerned with quality and usefullness
of different tools.
Thanks,
