  I'm not 100% cetain; but I think Madcat does it in 3rd.  I've fooled
around with it in 4th for years and I like it in that position.  I'm playing
it totally by ear, though, so I could be leaving something out.  I have
heard others play it in 4th, however, so it's definitely doable.
