[Harp-L] Phil Wiggins workshops in Washington DC

Phil Wiggins, extraordinary musician, inspiring teacher, will be offering a series of blues harmonica workshops at the Archie Edwards Acoustic Blues Heritage Foundation (aka The Barbershop).  Phil will teach two sessions per workshop: a fundamental lesson first, and then a lesson featuring more advanced techniques--$20 per session; both sessions $30.
